Tom Zillich's Article Highlights the Latest Events at Pivot Theatre
On May 31st, the Surrey Now-Leader published an article highlighting Pivot Theatre's recent win at TheatreBC's Fraser Valley Zone Festival, the upcoming Drag Out Your Friends event on June 6th, and DebuTheatre's new production coming this summer.
“The play was so well received,” Pivot's artistic director, Margaret Shearman, told Zillich. “The adjudicator was saying this is a story that needs to be heard by more people, and that’s what our audiences have told us as well, so it’s nice to know we’re on the right track. We’re really lucky that we get to play it again.”
Pivot’s new youth theatre program is now up and running. DebuTheatre is designed for those 30 years and younger to get hands-on learning of all things theatre. If you're interested in volunteering, reach out through our contact page.
